Ingredients:
500g pineapple juice
500g white sugar
3 cinnamon sticks
Preparation:
Crush the cinnamon sticks and heat in a medium sauce pan for 30 seconds.
Add in 500g of pineapple juice and 500g of sugar and stir the mixture until the sugar is dissolved.
Cover the pot, reduce the heat, and cook the syrup for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
After 20 minutes, remove the mixture from the pot and allow for it to cool.
After the syrup is cooled, strain the syrup through a filter and into a container.

Ingredients:
500g of pomegranate juice
500 g of white sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
1 whole orange peel
8 whole cloves
Preparation:
Crush 2 cinnamon sticks, add them to a saucepan along with 1 whole orange peel and 8 whole cloves. Heat for 30 seconds on medium.
Pour in 500g of Pomegranate juice and add 500g of white sugar to the pot. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
Reduce heat to the lowest level and cover the pot. Stir periodically for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, remove from heat and let sit for 20 minutes.
Strain syrup through a chinois into a container. Label, date, and place it into the cooler.
