    Ingredients:

    • 500g pineapple juice

    • 500g white sugar

    • 3 cinnamon sticks

    Preparation:

    • Add in 500g of pineapple juice and 500g of sugar and stir the mixture until the sugar is dissolved.

    • Cover the pot, reduce the heat, and cook the syrup for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    • After 20 minutes, remove the mixture from the pot and allow for it to cool.

    • After the syrup is cooled, strain the syrup through a filter and into a container.
